Residents Living in the 44103, 44110, and 44114 Zip Codes of Cleveland Can Sign Up Today!

Infants born on or after September 1, 2026, and expectant mothers who live within the 44103, 44110, and 44114 Zip Codes of Cleveland, are eligible to apply. Upon verification, moms receive $1,500 during pregnancy and babies receive $500 a month for six months after birth. Families can enroll anytime from 16+ weeks pregnancy until six months of age, as long as the baby was born after the September 1, 2026.
