City of Saginaw, Bridgeport and Buena Vista Townships Residents Can Sign Up Today!

Infants born on or after January 1, 2026, and expectant mothers who live in the City of Saginaw, Bridgeport and Buena Vista Townships are eligible to apply. Upon verification, moms receive $1,500 during pregnancy and babies receive $500 a month for 6 months after birth. Families can enroll anytime from 16+ weeks pregnancy until six months of age, as long as the baby was born after the January 1, 2026.

Early On Michigan helps families of infants and toddlers, birth to age 3 who have developmental delay(s) and/or disabilities. Early On partners with families by offering personalized services to nurture their child’s growth in key developmental areas—physical (rolling, crawling, walking), cognitive (thinking, learning, problem-solving), communication (listening, talking, understanding), social-emotional (bonding, playing, feeling secure), and self-help (eating, dressing).
