Mark your calendars! Rx Kids is excited to announce that Saginaw’s Baby Parade will be held in conjunction with Light Up The City Saginaw 2026 – Safe Community Celebration on Wednesday, August 19, from 5:30–7:30 p.m., at Ojibway Island (Ezra Rust Drive at Saginaw River, Saginaw, MI 48601).
Baby parades are vibrant celebrations—serving as a reminder that our children are our future and that communities are strongest when families are supported. This free, family-friendly event offers the opportunity to connect with organizations supporting local families, including Rx Kids, and play yard games, dance, and enjoy bounce houses.
Meet Dr. Mona Hanna, Chris Harrington, Chief Administrative Officer for the Saginaw County Health Department, and Dr. Delicia Pruitt at the main stage at 6:00 p.m. for short remarks, followed by the Baby Parade around Ojibway Island.
