Infants born on or after March 1, 2026, and expectant mothers who live in Delta County are eligible to apply. Upon verification, moms receive $1,500 during pregnancy and babies receive $500 a month for 6 months after birth. Families can enroll anytime from 16+ weeks pregnancy until six months of age, as long as the baby was born after March 1, 2026.
